Shipping & Delivery


We know you can’t wait to receive your order. We can’t wait to get it to you either! The following applies to all orders placed on www.sophiemoda.com.

1. Delivery times and tracking

    • We endeavour to deliver all goods within 3 working days of confirmation of your order. (Please note that any regional or country-wide lockdowns, as prescribed in accordance with the Disaster Management Act of South Africa, may impact delivery times.)
    • Working days include Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
    • An order is considered confirmed once your payment has been authorised.
    • Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a waybill number for tracking your parcel.

2. Delivery areas

2.1We deliver to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

3. Delivery fees

3.1The cost of standard delivery is R100 (inclusive of VAT) for packages weighing 5kg or less.

3.2We offer free delivery for orders valued at R500 or more.

3.2Delivery to outlying areas, farms or townships may incur a delivery surcharge, regardless of the value of the order. This will be calculated at checkout. Please check your cart for all charges before proceeding to payment.

4. Cancellations

4.1If an order has not been paid, you can remove items from your cart or cancel the entire order.

4.2You are entitled to cancel your order, in part or in full, any time before it has been despatched. So doing, you are eligible for a full credit or refund. To cancel, please send an e-mail to sales@sophiemoda.com, including:

 - your name,

- invoice order number,

- details of items to be cancelled, and

- contact details.

4.3 If you fail to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please refer to our Exchanges and Returns Policy for the correct process to follow.  Please note that in this case we will only credit or refund the value of the products purchased and not the delivery fee.
